My love of photography was inspired by my mother. She enjoyed documenting our lives on film and now that I have kids of my own I love to look back at those images and see a glimpse into a simpler life – frozen in time. Nothing can replace those childhood memories. As a mother and  photographer, I strive to provide images full of love and emotion. I want to be part of your first moments so you can look back and remember every detail. In my mind, I am ALWAYS thinking about photography and light and posing. It never ends. My brain takes snapshots everywhere I go and because of this, I have a very keen photographic memory. This comes in to play often when my husband can’t find something and I can tell him precisely where I last saw it, even if it was months ago! But I do lose my keys and cell phone on a daily because I do not remember where I put them, go figure. A few things you must know about me…

A few things I love,

in no particular order;

New life- makes everyday life in general more redeeming, more fulfilling.

Pepsi- any way, shape or form.

My kids- even though daily parenting is tough, I would not trade it for anything.

My husband- well, being married for more than a decade, I like to think we will be together an eternity and then some. I just wish I had more photographs of us over the years but love to wake up next to him each and every day.

Honesty- Lets cut thru the bull, please do not attempt to mislead me, I do not have tolerance for people who try to manipulate me or someone I love.

Value- I am always on the hunt for the next best deal but I also value quality and will pay for that quality. You will never see me support or promote something that is cheap or worthless, we only live once, so lets do it right.

A few things that make me teary eyed every.time

Parents who lose their babies too soon.

Old couples who are still in love.

New moms and their unconditional love for their newborns.

Onions- I hate them

A few things that get my blood boiling.

People who lie, cheat or steal- really, get a life.

Cheap people who want something for nothing.

Animal abuse or anyway, shape or form – Breaks my heart.
